FILM STILLS (3-5 IMAGES)
Please provide a minimum of 3 different high resolution TIFF or JPEG images/stills from the film in both horizontal and vertical formats – At least one MUST be in horizontal format.
When uploading images, please use the following protocol: FILMTITLE_filmstill#
Please include a text file noting photo credit and annotations for all included stills, as appropriate.
These images will be used in our print publications and website as well as used by our publicity team in the promotion of your film.

TRAILER – TECH SPECS
Please provide a trailer for your film in one of the following formats:

.mov (Apple QuickTime; qualty H.264 to ProRes)
.mp4 (Mpeg-4 video file; qualty H.264 and higher)
We very strongly encourage you to also upload your trailer to Vimeo. CFI hosts a dedicated DocLands channel on Vimeo on which trailers are made available. These are the links used on our website and to which we refer the press. Please make certain that your settings allow the sharing of your trailer and for its inclusion on other account channels.

POSTERS & POSTCARDS
Posters and postcards are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for on-site advertising of your film.
Please provide 2 – 4 posters for display at our theatrical venues. Standard one-sheet size (27″ x 41″) is preferable, though we can accommodate smaller dimensions.
If available, please supply a stack of postcards to be displayed in the lobby of each theater and hospitality lounges (100 max).
